How can I contact customer service?
You can contact customer service by email or by phone. We are available to answer your questions Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Can I checkout as a guest?
You can either checkout as a guest or create an account. Creating an account will make it faster to place future orders and allows you to review your order history at any time.
Has my order been dispatched?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
I have not received my order confirmation email. Has my order gone through?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, your order may not have gone through successfully or you might have submitted the wrong email address. Please check your spam folder however, if you still have not received it, please email us at info@havenlux.store and we will look into this for you.
Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible at
info@havenlux.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
How do I return my order?
Please arrange your return through our returns portal where you will receive a return label together with instructions for the collection or drop-off of your parcel.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-3 working days from the time we receive the products back. You can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. All returns need to be received in the original packaging (in particular each product dust bag) and in an unused and resalable condition.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department has done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Our accounts department then processes your outstanding refund back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this, it may delay your refund.
